Saying goodbye is never easy. Our goal is to make every step calm, respectful, and as stress-free as possible for both you and your beloved pet. Here is what you can expect:
1. Booking & Initial Guidance
After you book online or call our emergency phone/WhatsApp, we confirm a convenient time and answer any questions about preparation, aftercare options, and costs.
2. Arrival & Discussion
On the day of the visit, our veterinarian greets you and takes time to discuss your pet’s condition, explain the procedure, and confirm your wishes for cremation or aftercare. Nothing is rushed.
3. Gentle Sedation
Your pet receives a light sedative to help them relax and drift into a peaceful sleep, free from fear or discomfort.
4. Final Injection
Once your pet is fully asleep, a final injection of a painless medication is given. This is quick, gentle, and ensures a calm, dignified passing—usually within a few minutes.
5. Time for Goodbye
You can remain with your pet throughout, holding and comforting them for as long as you need.
6. Aftercare & Cremation
According to your chosen option (individual cremation with ashes returned, communal cremation, or collection with no return), we handle all arrangements with care and respect.

"After a week of illness and vet visits there was a sudden deterioration in our dog’s (Bobby’s) health. We made the extremely difficult decision to have him put to sleep.
